At the Odessa Family YMCA, our sports programs are built on a volunteer-driven, community-focused foundation that makes youth sports accessible to all families. ABOUT OUR RCX SPORTS PARTNERSHIP

The Odessa Family YMCA is proud to partner with leading national youth sports organizations including RCX Sports and USTA to provide high-quality, nationally recognized sports experiences for children across West Texas.

Through our partnership with RCX Sports, we offer official Jr. NBA, Jr. WNBA, NFL FLAG, and MLS GO programs that provide athletes with access to age-appropriate curriculum, national resources, and premier youth sports opportunities. Through USTA, our tennis programs follow proven player-development pathways designed to help athletes build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game.

Together, these partnerships help us deliver exceptional programming focused on skill development, sportsmanship, inclusion, character building, and creating positive experiences both on and off the field and court.

We are a passionate soccer organization dedicated to developing players at every level. Our mission is to create a positive, competitive environment where athletes learn technical skill, tactical awareness, and lifelong values such as teamwork, discipline, and respect.
