Odessa Family YMCA facilities and programs aspire to empower youth, build healthier families, and foster inclusive communities in the Permian Basin. These programs are driven by our mission of serving the Permian Basin as a cause-driven organization for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Together, we strive to create a stronger community.

Our Annual Support Campaign gives us the capacity to connect, support, and serve more than 36,000 children, teens, families, adults, and seniors each year with programs and services that strengthen our community — and allow individuals the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

Because of the support we receive from our donors, our association annually:

• Helps more than 1,600 children participate annually in youth sports.
• Assists nearly 200 senior citizens, with almost half attending our Silver Sneakers program per month.
• Instruct more than 425 children in swimming lessons.
• Supports about 86% of children in our PreK-3 program to be tuition free.
• We serve almost 100 children in our childcare/daycare, with 73% of those families receiving scholarships or funding.
• Provides support to more than 170 volunteer coaches.
• Through scholarships or funding, we empower more than 85% of families who utilize our afterschool program to do it for free.
